Preparing 1099S In Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Very helpful for preparing batteries the night before a shoot.

You can make up some time by preparing the slide since the scan process takes a lot of time.

I keep it next to my computer monitor and scanner while preparing negatives for digitizing and review in Lightroom.

Used in a field environment for viewing maps and preparing documentation in daylight environments.

I got a few extra batteries because I'm always over preparing incase they all simultaneously run out or just stop working... but just one of these really got me through a 6 hour shoot and I still had 46% battery left at the end of the day. BRAVO DJI

I use two of these together when preparing for shoots, so that I can charge 16 batteries at the same time. It will tell you the progress of each battery as it's charging. I'd say it takes 4-6 hours to do a full charge... slow is good in this case.

I recently purchased this archival card stock to use in preparing photos and documents for long term storage. It is perfect for providing a strong divider between them. I highly suggest their archival paper too. Perfect match.
