I have numerous Bluetooth speakers but this one is by far the best!

I bought these to use with PreSonus Eris E8 speakers. They are a perfect fit. The fact that it's a single pad makes it easy for me to change the angle of the speakers if I want to get back from the desk and listen in the room. These speakers are really loud with a lot of low end. I have them sitting on top of a wooden desk. There is absolutely NO bass frequency transfer that I can detect!

i had previously skimped on monitors, had $100/pair presonus eris e3.5 that sounded pretty good but only as desktop speakers, not appropriate for mixing at all. these kali's have really changed the game for me. the amount of bass these can put out gives so much presence to them, they get lowwww. fantastic high freq detail and even response, the built in eq definitely helped flatten things since i have them on desktop stands. soundstage is incredible, rivaling my $900 kanto tuk listening speakers with amt tweeters. these are an investment for a starting producer but a worthy one, i know my mixes will be improved from here on out. sometime in the future i hope to get the kali in-5s at whatever their updated version is, but the quality is so good on these i cant imagine how it will get better haha. also the white colorway is just gorgeous

I recently upgraded from PreSonus Eris E3.5 speakers to some KRK Classic 5's to use with my Audient EVO 4 interface and noticed some annoying static after the upgrade. I'm using EWI balanced TRS cables from Audiopile, which have always been high-quality and reliable for me, so that wasn't the issue. After some Googling, this is apparently a common issue with USB interfaces. Long story short, finally pulled the trigger on the iDefender+ and am glad I did. Even though having to buy yet another piece to the setup is a bummer, it did exactly what it claims. Since my USB ports are a bit cramped, I got a braided right-angle USB-C cable from Amazon and the fitment is great. That paired with an iPhone power adapter works perfectly. If you have static/noise with a USB interface, this is exactly what you need.

These Mackie speakers are really surprisingly good, especially for the price. They do take more power to drive than the Tannoy Reveal 501A's they replaced, but that's no big deal. It took a little bit of time to find just the right spot and angle for them on my desk, but now I'm treated to nice, deep, tight bass unlike anything I expected. These are rated to 50Hz and I can tell that's not an over exaggeration. The highs are much less sibilant and noisy than the previous Tannoy speakers I had. I listen to a lot of EDM, Rock, and Metal so mids and lows are critical. I do have a small subwoofer which fills out the sound just a little bit, but honestly these don't need it. I compared these to the MRMK3 speakers, and these really improve the clarity and accuracy of the music. I also cross-shopped PreSonus, Sterling Audio, KRK, Focal, Yamaha, and Pioneer. All the brands have their pluses and minuses, so it really comes down to personal preference. For what it's worth, I didn't find the Mackie MR524's to be quite as clear or bright as the PreSonus Eris E5's, but ultimately the lack of mid-bass response from the PreSonus speakers was the deciding factor. The PreSonus would be fantastic if you're primarily listening to classical or vocal music, but for everything else I think Mackie has them beat hands-down for the same price. I drive the Mackie's from my computer via Optical S/PDIF to a Yamaha RX-V1 receiver. I then pass the unbalanced output to a CleanBox Pro for balancing and run XLR to the speakers themselves. I keep volume on all devices around 50-60%. I have no doubt I could blast these to ear-deafening levels but I actually like my neighbors.

I have had the Presonus Audiobox 44 VSL for since March of 2012, and honestly, I had never really turned it off, because it had no off switch. The Audiobox finally starting going out, so I did research and got this PreSonus Studio 24c, and it has been doing an excellent job so far! I use it with Garage Band and my sons use it to do there music for YouTube. I also produce music using PreSonus and it does not disappoint. All of my music on my youtube page was produced using PreSonus AudioBox, and this Studio 24c is vibing just as good, if not better than the AudioBox.
