I am using a 1950's Kodak stereo camera which produces sets of two images to be mounted in stereo slide binders. The images produced by the 35mm E100 positive color film are superb when viewed directly in the viewer. The colors are perfectly natural; grainless with balanced clearity needed when viewing with magnifying eye lenses of the viewer.

Great bracket if you want to achieve those 1950's press camera / small point and shoot style flash on camera look.

My camera is a Canon XA10 and my Mic is an old 1950's Electro-Voice 664. On the XA10 (also from BH) the XLR is of course male as is the end of my XLR cable coming from the Mic. The moment I got this adaptor I was surprised by its weight. It's a good solid piece that feels good in the hand. The silver powder coat on it is thick and done well...I am impressed with this little piece that seems so nominal but is extremely important overall. For the price I must admit I was expecting something somewhat cheap but it is the opposite in being well made and the fitment is perfect.

Good quality leather and perfectly matches my 1950's green pebbled leather Leica camera bag!

I am currently trying to do some 4x5 after a long absence. Tri-x has been around since about 1940 and continues to be a standard. I like it. I like showing support for an American company and I hope to see Kodak continue to produce film.

Adding more of these to my supply of classic holders (some from 1940) as they have distinctive appearance and feel when I am grabbing from multiple holders that I am caring in pocket and pouches attached to my old Army LBE. I am using these exclusively to be loaded with Ektachrome while I am shooting classic aircraft at airshows. I am shooting with 2 vintage Graphics including a USAAF C3 from 1942.

Perfect for mounting my vintage circa-1940's Zeiss lenses on a DSLR. They're optically equal or even better then many modern lenses, and since the adapter is glass-less, it means that the optical quality of the lens isn't degraded. Manual focus and aperture forces me to slow down and pay attention. Just set the camera to M and you're good to go! The only thing it's missing is the AE/AF chip on the back of some other branded adapters (assuming that they even work...).
