Prime Video Quiet On Set

Purchase to replace a low end prime lens for my main video camera, AF is quiet has very little noticeable breathing. Lens is compact and light weight and great picture.

Set up was simple came and works as described. PC is very quiet.

I use the product as my prime media storage device. Large capacity, quiet, beautiful design, and USB 2.0 interface. Internal hardware design is also quite impressive. The only design flaw: no power switch. The device turns on the moment you plug it in.

Friends wonder why my images are so clean and crisp, and I tell them I am using the DA* 300mm F4 prime from Pentax. It's quiet focus will not disturb your subjects, and although it is a tad slow because of older tech the focusing on my KP body is amazing. This is my 2nd one as the fist fell off a truck and was irreparably damaged. But it proved itself in the past, and the new one is just as sharp.

This is a great little prime. It’s small, light, has fast quiet focus and sharp. If you have any of the other small Fujifilm F2 prime lens, you’ll love this one. It is permanently mounted to my Fujifilm X-E3 for a small, grab and go setup. Only thing I wish is if it had an aperture of F2 rather than F2.8. I find myself having to slow my shutter down a bit to have the right exposure. Otherwise, still a great lens.

Nikon always makes a great product. This lens is no exception. It is truly a great prime lens. The servo is so quiet that I don't even know it focused. I like the G feature of being able to manually focus without flipping the lens switch. ...
