Simple to use, I either print pics directly from my phone or transfer my images to the phone from my camera and then print. Print quality is good and Instax film pricing is reasonable.

Iron Wolfs are the way to go for reliability and best bang for the buck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make sure before you use this product that you read every bit of instructions that come with it. There are certain materials you can’t transfer on, there are certain inks you have to use, there’s a process you have to follow to print, etc. As someone who has used a few different sub printers, I have certain expectations when it comes to them now. This printer works really well, it prints clearly without any breaks in the ink. It’s a smooth print and the transfers transfer beautifully. The program for my computer was simple to install and easy to use. It did take me a minute to figure my way through it but it didn’t take long and as soon as I figured it out it became second nature. The results are absolutely breathtaking! I have officially moved my last sub printer out of the way and have decided to use this one permanently. I love that I can print from my phone or iPad and that I can download the software onto any of my mobile devices. 10/10 recommend!

I'm no optical expert and can't honestly gas on about modulation of transfer function, line pair resolution, aspherical distortion and whatnot. Nor have I compared this lens to a Rodenstock APO, Schneider, Beseler, Leitz or whomever brand lens. What I can say is this lens (to be accurate, my '80s model) covers a 35mm negative well and focuses the grain tightly and evenly across the enlarging field without fail--unless I screw up... My prints are always superb and I've never had the lens cause trouble. If I want to duplicate a print from 15 years ago, I only have to go to my exposure notes, adjust the lens and BINGO! perfect print! One note: I only print black & white. If you are doing color, you might need to consider the more $$ APO lenses. All the same, no reason why you shouldn't expect Rodenstock to deliver!

I've never thought this would be so much fun! For $200, you can get so much out of it! Brilliant camera for what it is. Beyond your imagination! You can be so creative and this camera makes everything so interesting. It's just so fun - from a casual photographer to a serious one. Now my buddy wants to buy it, too. The digital image quality isn't bad at all, though I haven't printed it yet. I do want to print and see what's the printer quality like. Remember - it's a Polaroid, after all, so you don't need the crispness. I highly recommend carrying a portable charger - you can shoot 100 shots for 1 full charge. I've shot more than 100 at a time, so had to charge the camera constantly in order to keep shooting. Since it's digital, you want to take time and shoot a bunch to get different images. You might also want to add a viewfinder that you can put where the additional flash can be set (on top of the camera). Because the screen can be hard to see when you shoot outside with bright light. With micro SD, you can shoot TONS. The app to transfer and edit files is a bit hard to set up. You're supposed to be able to transfer the files from the camera to your phone with Bluetooth, but I haven't succeeded yet. I could just take out the micro SD card and transfer it with the reader for my laptop. You can even print your pictures on your phone with this! I think this camera is just brilliant. Hope these tips help you! I highly recommend this camera - I LOVE THIS! You can see what this camera can do on my Instagram @instaxkiki.

Not all USB3 devices have the same transfer speed. Read the fine print, If there is non, avoid the device. USB3 should be 10x USB2 rates, but not all devices make that claim. This one makes the claim and seem to be very fast. Exactly how fast I don't know. No testing done.

Looks good and height is perfect on my AR to still use the iron sights.

I had no issues at all on a recent trip. It would even run a curling iron my wife carried with her.
