The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a sturdy page that does not allow the photos to slip out when turning pages. I am an exclusive Print File product user. I appreciate that the horizontal position is at the bottom! Other brands/layouts with the horizontal storage at top means my photos would shoot out the top when flipping pages.

I print packing slips for my customer's orders all day long, as well as occasionally printing out high-quality pictures using my printer's photo print setting. This ink (black and color) has never disappointed me. I've had my Brother MFC-J470DW printer for almost 10 years now, and it's been a vital tool in my office daily. It's sad that this model has been discontinued (years ago), and now I worry that at some point, they'll stop making the ink too. I hope not!

this is great. go online, order and it comes one to two days. open, replace toner and ready to print. price is better and product seems fresher than buying in a store. i hope online purchasing from hp continues for a long time.....

I like the thickness of the paper versus prints I had ordered online. I am very happy with the results. It is great being able to print my photos for my scrapbook, and have them immediately, instead of waiting days for them to arrive in the mail on thinner paper.
