Print Wifi Canon

I received a free sample of the new Canon Maxify MB5420 to test and write a review about. Overall, the new Canon MB5420 is a solid machine. It was very easy to get out of the box and set up. I had the machine hooked up on my WiFi network in less than 10 minutes. The wireless print features are great, and now I can print from my iPad and iPhone with a few simple clicks. The printer touchscreen works great and is easy to understand and use. The print quality is very good for an Ink Jet, and event printed photos from my iPhone with great quality. One thing I would like Canon to improve in the next software release, is the signal strength of the WiFi, and speed to takes to connect to the WiFi network when turning on.

The Canon WiFi adapter works really well.

This printer is wifi equipped so I can print from my phone from most anywhere. Good print quality and I am just beginning to use all it's features.

I just needed something to print b&w reliably via WiFi and, so far, this printer does the job. It prints quickly and I haven't had a single problem with it.

Easy to set up if hard wired but a little cumbersome to set up wifi. Later I used the disk that come with it and somehow I got the wifi to work. Nice crisp print and quiet. I even got to print from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying that this printer/scanner is perfect for the home office and what great you can print directly from your phone no computer needed, I will have to say that printing from your phone has some constraints also, the speed at which the document is sent may be stymied by your wifi network speed. I printed a 76 page user manual from my android phone through my wifi network every page had a 2 second pause on average probably because my network speed, and other things using bandwidth in my house. I scanned to print the test page it did show some degradation in details. Overall I would recommend this printer for a small home office / college situation.

Simply follow the prompts on the printer's screen to seamlessly connect to the wifi network. Thanks to my prior download of the HP Smart software, locating the printer from the app was all that was needed. Once connected, I could print directly via wifi. The printing speed is impressively brisk, and the print quality is crystal clear! After approximately a week of use, my experience thus far has been exceptional. I highly recommend it!
