Prior Lake School Supply List

We've had the unit for a month at our lake house. We appreciate being able to turn on the AC prior to arriving for our comfort. When we are away for several months in winter, we can monitor it or let it warn us when the inside temperature drops to a settable point so as to send out a repair crew to avoid frozen plumbing.

This lens was on my wish list for a while and I hesitated prior to buying it. Now I wonder where it's been all my life....it's worth the purchase! It is very rugged, durable and a fast lens, not to mention looks super snazzy attached to the d800. Also--no distortion on wide apertures---sweet!!!

I was on the product email list when this item got re-stocked and bought it that same night. I was so excited. But prior to purchasing this lens I've been using a Tamron 28-70mm f/2.8 to start out, then over time saved up enough for an upgrade. I can definitely tell the differences between the two. For example, with Nikon's NanoCrystal Coat the quality really come's through in all situations.

This thing is awesome! Does everything I need it to do. One thing to be aware of - it DOES come with a power supply, even though it's not listed in the What's In The Box list.

I didn't know what these were for when I bought it, I just bought what was on my class supply list. I think it was a little pricy, but it works great and I do like having different colored sides.

A+ for water photos on the ocean or the lake.

Great for using with Sunset Tours on Lake!

It is number 10 on my list.
