For a non-technical person the software and web browser access to navigate the controls were very clear and easy to understand. I had a moderately complicated setup and this router pulled it off perfectly - while connected to a switch, into another router, etc. etc. The internal firmware was very well designed. I appreciate that TP-Link put so much time into making it clear for this layman who doesn't understand much more than 2.4, 5G, 6G, SSID, and password. 5 |

I got this nas for the office and it has all the features right out of the box, i was able to create different users and folders for each and everyone has their own private folders in no time and im not a tech savvy person, the remote access was so easy it cones with its own dns service and simply enable it and you already have access remotely, truly a very good nas without the complicated setups 5 |
