Compared to the Kindle Scribe this is 10 times the product. Access to the play store, a browser, external SD storage, to name just a few. The color is great for illustrations and the refresh rate is incredible. Highly recommended

I have an older Kindle I use for reading only, and a Kindle Fire I use as a tablet. I can carry both in this case with ease.

Overall the UI and features are really nicely done. It's intuitive and simple to use. The community forum on FB has been great for sharing tips and tricks. If you're hesitating, don't. This box is a game changer.

For a non-technical person the software and web browser access to navigate the controls were very clear and easy to understand. I had a moderately complicated setup and this router pulled it off perfectly - while connected to a switch, into another router, etc. etc. The internal firmware was very well designed. I appreciate that TP-Link put so much time into making it clear for this layman who doesn't understand much more than 2.4, 5G, 6G, SSID, and password.

I bought a Kindle Fire before and just couldn't deal with how slow it was. Granted it was 10 times cheaper than the iPad, but it was extremely aggravating to use. Any operation would take forever. With iPad it's all seamless, especially this year's upgraded edition. Lesson learned - buy cheap, buy twice.

Bought this for adding memory to the new Kindle Fire 7 tablet. It works VERY well, and now I have 128gb storage (seems fast also) on my new device. I had an 8gb old Micro USB card in there, and plugged this into my PC and transferred what was on the other card onto this one, plugged it in, and everything works perfectly, but with a LOT more storage!

I'm switching over from a Kindle. This is a great little e-reader. To figure it out is a bit involved but there is great freedom in breaking free from the amazon kindle UI. Adding books is easy with the Boox link, you can download the kindle app and whatever apps are on the google playstore. I do not have experience with this as i mostly use the native e-reading app. There is endless abilities to customize your reading experience. B&H shipped my order promptly and it arrived on time in excellent packaging.
