Process Monitoring Portable

The process was simply "plug Play" surprisingly easy. Asus also provides great monitoring tools to watch temp, performance and even fan speed on the cooling fans. Seamless integration between my ASUS case and motherboard!

I use this device inside a portable rack case with the ATEM and other devices. Having the option for an integrated monitoring solution like this one allows me to travel light when the circumstances require it... one case - all I need in it. Build quality is top notch as all BlackMagic Design devices I own and use. It is extremely shallow so it leaves plenty of usable space behind it, with only about 3/4 deep plus your cables. I has unique features that I currently use but those alone can justify its price - see tally indicators, network connection , etc.

I purchased this to boost the level of my portable keyboard in my monitoring system on my mixing desk. It is small and easy to use. Perfect for what I needed.

I own and use other portable softboxes with the typical process of opening them up, attaching the flash holder via some difficult means, and then fighting with velcro to put the diffuser screen on. Putting the setup away is the same painful process. I really like the Angler as it literally takes less than 10 seconds to set up. The results are the just as good with the new Angler as the cheaper setup. You do lose the option to take a photo without the screen, but I imagine most people don't worry about that. The Angler is a one-trick pony in that way, but it does it's trick better and easier than the rest of the competition. Don't mistake this for for a professional setup, but for quick, portable, diffused fill light this is the one to get. It is more expensive, but I am happy to save the aggravation and time.
