Professional Camera Bags For Women

Like many working women, I found myself carrying too many bags into the office on days I work there--including the now-dingy work laptop bag my laptop came with--and back home for remote work. The Samsonite Xenon was a splurge for my budget, but I find it worth every penny. Zippers are superb, slight rigidity in the outside shell means items don't sag through, and there is room for binders, files, cords, and peripherals. It wheels like a dream, and the stand for keeping it upright keeps the load balanced even when I'm in and out of it removing or putting items back in. It's classier looking than my colleagues' legal cases that roll, and I love that it doesn't READ as a laptop bag and advertise to everyone that electronics are inside. Yet it's still a practical size between a laptop bag and a small piece of luggage. Perfect for me and highly recommended!

I purchased the thule landmark women’s travel pack 60L. These two bags were able to fit enough supplies for 10+ days of travel including clothing, snorkeling gear, wetsuit, toiletries, hiking shoes, and all essentials. The large bag is the perfect size for a “carry on” when flying with the smaller bag as a personal item. The quality of this product met expectations, I know I will keep using this as long as I can.

I am a professional engineering consultant and I do a lot of camera photography as well. I needed a backpack instead of a briefcase. I searched high and low for all sorts of camera bags but none could offer a sweet spot to serve as a dual camera bag and office bag backpack. Many camera bags would focus too heavily on camera gear and little on business functionality. I have very high end and expensive professional camera gear but only use four prime lenses. After much thought and deliberation, I decided to change my focus from trying to find a camera bag that does business to finding a business bag that I can also use for my camera gear. Equipped with some lens pouches, I can securely place my expensive camera gear in my backpack and have all the functionality of a mobile office as well. The Samsonite Openroad backpack does not disappoint and I have already bought the 15.6 inch backpack as well as the larger 17.3 inch backpack. Love it, Love it, Love it. I hope Samsonite keeps this functional and comfortable to carry Openroad backpack in their line up for many years to come as I have referred many to buy this well made backpack. Wonderful professional camera bag! I have 4 Domke bags. They are tough, water resistant and last forever.

As a professional photographer for over 20 years, I'm a bit of a camera bag junkie. I'm like my wife with purses. I own 6 camera bags, and I'm never fully happy with them. I ordered this case after seeing a B&H video by Todd Vorenkamp about a travel photographer who uses it. I organize a photo trip to Ireland every year and have never liked my travel bags, so I gave it a try. Not only was this perfect for airline travel as a carry on, but I absolutely love the case. I use it as my full time case, not just for travel. I wish I would have found this years ago.

Women out there - have you noticed there's no such thing as a photo vest for us? Here's one that's proportioned for women (even though it is a man's vest). I'm a landscape photographer who shoots 4x5 film and this vest can hold three film holders in a series of stacked pockets. The cotton fabric is washable and may be treated with permethrin to repel ticks and mosquitos. The vest is also rather stylish.

It is a little difficult to get one door open for connecting the camera to my laptop, but I was able to use a women's fingernail file to open the door.

This replaced two sandwich zip-lock bags, for as far more professional organization.
