Professional Camera Equipment Price

i am very impressed with this camera. i work with many professional cameras, and HD equipment and this camera's quality over exceeds it's price. i would recommend this with no reservations! there aren't many settings, but in most cases that is a big positive for a consumer level HD camera. this makes my personal HD video collection so easy and fun.

Manfrotto lives up to its reputation with this tripod. Among the 4 that I have in my studio, this one is by far my favorite. It's infinitely adjustable at every angle and MOST heights. I love the bubble level, the safe mount, the well-constructed adjustment knobs, the smooth gliding ball head, and the responsive tightening knobs on the legs. My only regret is that this tripod cannot get to eye level while standing (max height 5'3), though that's my fault for not reading the description closely enough. All in all, I don't think I'll be able to use any brand aside from Manfrotto after this. As with most things, you get what you pay for, and the professional grade price tag on this equipment certainly yields professional results. Especially in contrast to the cheaper alternatives, I'd argue that the quality-to-price ratio is MUCH higher on this equipment. Very much worth it, and I'm glad that I did not pay extra for the Traveler tripod -- unless you're hiking or carrying this tripod for extended periods, I'd say that this one is plenty lightweight for easy carrying on a backpack or in the provided carrying case for most day-to-day use.

This is serious, professional equipment. Everything you'd expect at the price point. Durable, well made, can handle a lot of weight

This is not a highly professional piece of equipment, but if you are looking in this price range I highly recommend it. This is the first switcher I have used and I have found it to be quite usable. You can preview any channel, unlike the previous review states, but you cannot use more than one monitor. The only negative I have after 6 months of usage is the inability to use multiple monitors, that is all. Transitions include fades, cuts and vertical wipes. Excellent equipment for an amateur.
