Great for Video Recording of camera systems.

I use this mic system for professional video--after reading reviews for many different systems and knowing Azdens' reputation for having top quality products, I decided to go with this system. Many articles I've read say that it's better to go with a more professional wireless mic system, which I may do in the near future, but for now, this gets the job done--have tested it in my studio and the sound is superb. It only records in monaural, but that's no problem--I have a mono-to-stereo adapter that will ensure stereo audio for any pro video. As far as things that are not so great, I don't really have anything to say in that regard--I'm sure it will do well in the field, don't forsee any problems. Great product, highly recommended for any pro or hobbyist.

We are a company that organizes events. I was looking for a professional solution for Line array sound. First I saw Bose, then JVL, then Turbosound and finally I found LD Systems. It really is not well known and popular this brand and maybe that's why I did not get to LD Systems first. But after doing a technical review and looking for many web sites the comments of the users I realized that it was the best option at a reasonable price. And once it arrived we subjected it to several tests and analysis and it really has been the best decision we have ever made!!! The sound quality is impeccable, the construction materials are of very good quality and the connections it has help professional use. I really recommend this brand and especially if it is for professional use. I love it my new system sound!

I am a professional sound mixer, and am using this Rycote system to house a Sennheiser MKH-50 and a Schoeps CMC641 microphone.I have always used Rycote systems on all my field microphones over the years. They are durable and effective windshield/shock mount systems.Rycote has consistently made improvements to their designs over the years, and this current Lyre incarnation is no exception. I believe that their Lyre suspension coupled with their Connbox is the most effective shock mount/suspension system to date.Quality materials and workmanship throughout, I highly recommend Rycote to any serious professional or enthusiast.
