Professional Wildlife Video Camera

This camera is perfect for professional photos and video.

This is the most amazing camera ever! I am a professional backcountry wildlife photographer that goes miles into the wilderness and needed a camera that did it all without all the weight and extra lenses of a DSLR. I have had this just a couple weeks and have shot over 500 single shot photos from mountain scenes, wildlife and wild flowers. The clarity is amazing. I use Lightroom to edit my photos and I am finding I really don't have to edit much with this camera. Just amazing. I am reccomeding this to all my photographer friends looking to get further out in he backcountry that want to carry less weight and gear!

I'm not a professional photographer, only an enthusiast. But I enjoy owning professional-grade equipment. This camera is perfect for me. My previous experience was with SLRs and then a Canon 6D DSLR. For the 6D, I'd obtained a couple of L lenses; so nothing else except the camera body was needed. My niche in photography is wildlife photography, followed by landscape and then action. The 5D Mk-IV will satisfy me for many years to come. The touch screen is marvelous! Camera settings are a snap with it. The Auto Focus is a huge improvement over my 6D. For movies, it focuses on the subject and adjusts focus as it moves. This should also be great still photography for birding or rapidly-moving wildlife (which makes great subjects, by the way). The feel and weight of the camera is good. With the 400mm lens, I can still hand-hold when needed. With 30K mpxls, cropping should be more effective and eliminate need for a longer lens. The extended ISO range makes natural light nighttime pictures more effective. Can't wait to get up in dark sky areas for night time landscape with star trails or 20-second exposures. I'm going to have to revisit Zion and Arches, for sure; just to take night time pictures.

As a professional photographer, I wanted a fun camera for nature and wildlife.I found it with my Nikon Coolpix P950. The quality of the images is better than I was hoping for. I'm really enjoying this camera.

Hooked this camera up to my UTV to just get some shots of the wildlife we see on the trails around our house. I'm very happy with the quality of the video I have taken. I have a buddy that has a go pro and it does take a little better quality of video (vibrations from the UTV) but for the price and features this camera is what I needed. If I were a professional photographer then obviously I would purchase a high end go pro at $ but I'm not. This is a toy for me and suits me fine. Its fun to get back from a ride and sit down with the family and view the videos together, it amazing how many things I don't see while I'm driving but you see in the video. Oh yes make sure you order a microSD card with this thing if you want to take video out of the box.

I used a9, a9ii, a7RM4 and now a7S3. I shoot mainly local wildlife and sometimes a video too. This camera is perfect for me because I do not print any pictures and I share online with friends only. It’s perfect 12MP and I can shoot any light conditions. If you shoot video daily, you must get this camera but it’s excellent for still photography too. Highly recommended for you.

In order to get great shots of wildlife in the mountains, I need to hike long distances. Carrying all of my day pack gear plus my heavy camera, at times can be daunting. With the Keyhole harness, I don't even realize the camera is hanging in front of me. It's safe and secure. I watched the Youtube video from 'The Outdoor Adventure'. In the search window type in 'camera harness'. This video sold me right away. I mostly use the Keyhole with my camera, but am equally satisfied when using it with binoculars to scout for wildlife. Well made, well designed, well priced. Great harness.
