The SB-5440 solved my RCA switching problems. The unit is of very solid build. Great quality switches and connectors. No pops when used. Unit is quiet and just feels professional. This replaced my Rotary passive selector, which at times would pop while selecting. No more, the Shinybow works flawlessly. I thought it a bit pricey, but I see now it was good value, it's a pleasure to have good, solid equipment in my system, working properly everyday. 5 |

I paid 200 for this recently. At 150 this would be a no brainer if looking for bedroom sub as I was. 1 rca plug and play. No frills (no standby; just an off/on button). Only volume control. The servo does the rest internally to match with your setup. Only 50W but enough for a bedroom. It does the job and has good musicality. Great for rap music. 5 |
