Projector Colors Do Not Match Laptop Screen

The quality can not be beat. The colors in print match my screen whereas I was using another brand it had a blue cast to it whenever I printed. I buy the 17 x 22 sheets to cut them up to smaller sizes, as needed. My printer can not take any larger size sheets so these do the trick.

Sharp, crisp, clear, accurate and extremely detailed picture quality. The colors are truly amazing. Benq claims this projector is capable of a billion plus colors. They mean it. I am so impressed with this projector that I have stopped mid way through my first movie on this thing (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2) in order to write this review. The blacks and dark colors are deep and beautiful. This movie puts the colors this projector is capable of to the test. If you have ever seen it, you know exactly what I mean. I could not be happier. The best test for gaming projectors has to be first person competitive shooter's such as Battlefield. The lack of lag makes a real difference. Gaming was smooth and the picture is just as good as with movies. Graphics are well defined and beautiful. Benq recommends a screen size of 80 to 120 inches. I have my screen size set at around 150 inches on a lightly textured wall. I haven't even install my screen yet! The picture is only going to get better with a screen. Put all your apprehensions aside. You are not going to get a better home theater/gaming console for this price. It's truly unreal how good this thing is.

For years, our old projector used the back wall of the church as a screen. The black parts of videos were washed out, even with the lights off. We got an Ambient Light Rejecting screen, which made the dark parts much deeper, but, unfortunately, it also darkened skin tones and colors. This new Epson Powerlite has enough punch (4000 ANSI lumens) that the ALR screen feels like a TV set. Skin tones and colors are accurate, and the dark portions are really dark, like they're supposed to be. The mounting of the projector was fixed, and initially I was disappointed that the throw distance was different from the old projector. At the tightest zoom, the image was larger than the screen by about 8 inches on a side. It was then that I discovered that the digital zoom had negative numbers and I was able to shrink the image to the size of the screen, There is a slight 8 glow on the wall around the screen which is hardly noticeable. I can see it because I know it's there, but no one else has mentioned it yet. The remote control is powerful enough to bounce its signal of the wall to activate the ceiling mounted projector. The old projector required exact aiming from in front of it to turn it on or off, The remote control also has specific buttons for each source which makes changing from VGA to HDMI really simple. Overall, I don't think I could be happier about this purchase. It has given our church a much better video experience.

I'm happy with this laptop. I use this for photo editing and while the screen is good, sharp and colors OK, I'll buy a bigger monitor for my work. Also I'll soon get more RAM as 16gb is frankly not enough. I use it on AC/DC but I've noticed that battery life is around 4 hours browsing the internet and watching videos. I'm glad with this Lenovo laptop and like the Vantage software too, to keep my software and drivers up to date.

Bought it as a laptop stand, but I made better use out of it when I used it for my projector
