Projector Screen Distance Is Closer Or Further Better

We wanted a way for our staff to communicate seamlessly over significant distance and without having to use personal phones. Further, we didn't want to have to buy them biz phones and biz plans. Midlands long range walkie-talkies was the ideal fit.

Allows considerably closer focus but of course, you'll lose distance focus.

I use this primarily with the Canon 500 f/4.0 to shorten the minimum focus distance and allow me to get closer to some bird species.

I bought this lens in the hope it would help improve my ability to get closer to wildlife. It's not an overly fast lens at a fixed f5.6 but has proved very adequate in the outdoors. It's not a lightweight lens but also not so heavy that I can't shoot handheld.I find a mono-pod is helpful if you're focusing in on a subject that's not moving around too much. The image quality is excellent, very sharp and there's no falloff at the corners. I've used it for a few weeks and it seems very well made. One thing you need to adjust to is that you can't focus in closer than just under eight feet ( but it is for long distance so that shouldn't be an issue). The vibration reduction is excellent. Shooting hand held at distance my images are spot on sharp.The Sport VR mode must be effective as my pan shots come out very clean. The included tripod collar is beefy and well made (I can't say the same for the thin plastic lens hood....it's functional, but a let down in comparison to the overall high quality of the lens itself. Zoom ring is wide and works smoothly I've experienced no lens creep ( but then again I've only been using it for a few weeks) and there's a lock should the problem ever present itself. I have to say it's winner and despite it's slower speed a worthy upgrade to my old faster f4 300mm.

I am a new photographer and just bought this to accompany my 55mm lens. I am very pleased with the clarity and the distance this lens provides me. I can get in closer to marching band and sporting events my children are in.

Adding this extension ring has reduced the focus distance of my lens making it possible to focus closer to macro. I have mostly been using it with my 24-105 mm kit lens.
