Replacement for a 2016 MBP 15. While the trackpad and screen a a bit smaller, this is definitely more portable. For Lightroom work, even the more demanding new features, the response is instantaneous, so am hoping it will live a good 7 or so years. Screen is great with small bezels, so it is much more transportable. If transportability isn't as important, the 16 does offer a more generous trackpad. While at home I have a 5K Thunderbolt Display, so the screen size isn't a factor, and it is plenty big and sharp for on the road use. Battery is great, too. looked at the Air, but the screen was a little too small, but otherwise would probably have been good for Lightroom for years to come as well. Screen on the MBP is nicer for photo work, so that sealed it. 5 |

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us. 5 |

This thing worked great. This is just what I needed to get my screen up and another screen to my projector up at the same time in my sanctuary. This was great. 5 |

I used this as directed. Then checked for spots in lightroom on a white screen image taken with a long exposure at f22. Made sure spots were visible. The result was a perfectly cleaned sensor. Amazing. 5 |

Allows you to use iPad for showing high-resolution LightRoom images directly on large TV screen. May need to adjust TV screen brightness to match iPad brightness. 5 |

Using Lightroom and an Epson SureColor P700 I get results that are well matched to my screen preview and have good contrast and rich colors. 5 |

This screen assembles easily and can be done by one person. A great pairing with the Aaxa P6X projector. 5 |
