Projector Screen Under 30
the only one | 2024-05-04 01:33:38 |
I originally ordered a 10' Awol projector and screen. I sent it back during the 30 day return and ordered the 98" Sony Bravia XR. Way better and I really don't notice the difference too much from the 120" to the 98", but the picture is way better now. 5 |

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us. 5 |

This thing worked great. This is just what I needed to get my screen up and another screen to my projector up at the same time in my sanctuary. This was great. 5 |

Just get this one; don't waste your money on buying the mount that is $30 cheaper, especially if you have a larger/heavier projector. Sure, the instructions are a little confusing, but if you have the slightest bit of mechanical inclination you'll be fine. And you'll rest assured knowing your expensive projector isn't going to fall off the ceiling - AND you'll be able to dial it in exactly to the position it needs to be with risking bleeding knuckles and various profane vocal outbursts. 5 |

This lamp is still going strong after a six hour workout in 30 year old slide projector to finish the job at hand. 5 |
