It may seem a bit over priced, but I've bought third party products that say they're Apple certified but they fail after a short life. I've had two Apple branded adapters, lost the first, the reason for this purchase. It just works!

Travel certified

I purchased a refurbished 15 Macbook Pro from Apple and did not get the Apple Care warranty with the computer. This place has the best price and saved me $100 on the agreement price. It registered with no issues. I can tell you that it is rare that Apple stuff goes bad but when it does, you will be glad you got this. I am not sure how BH does it, but glad they do. If I am ever in the market for a new Macbook in the future, I will shop here first.

Basically you just register one code in the package on Apple's website and you now have an extra two years of coverage. I always get Applecare because I drive my Macs into the ground. I've always had to use it, sometimes multiple times to fix those dastardly issues that creep up within the last three months of that three year warranty.

Great product that came quickly and worked just as it is supposed to as it is just a code. Once I entered the code to Apple. it went thorough almost immediately and showed that on my support profile.
