Protactic 350 Aw Camera Backpack From Lowepro

I had a Lowepro protactic 450 AW, but sometimes I need something more practical, just to carry my camera and another lens. So, this is perfect! And it comes with enough space to carry more things like your wallet, keys or something else. It is a must-buy if you need practicality in a small package.

I've had the Lowepro Protactic bp 450 aw ii for a while now, but, while it fit all of my gear, it was uncomfortable when heavy. And, it was heavy without much gear in it. Also, there was no room for non-camera related gear. The Action x50 solves both of those problems. It is bigger, but lighter when empty. It has room for everything that I need, with room to expand! I wore it fully loaded the other day for several hours with absolutely no discomfort. I also like that it is very weather resistant. It may be a bit big for people with smaller frames, but fits me nicely. Highly recommend.

Got it as a free gift from my Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II purchase. Used it as a fill light when I took a group photo the other day, worked amazing! Love it!

I purchased the Lowepro ProTactic 350 backpack as a day bag. Pack the camera, a couple of lenses, and hit the road. I thought it was a good plan. However, I just did a complete swap from a Canon EF system to a Canon RF mirrorless system. The RF lenses are larger than the EF lenses. The camera is now both photos and movies, requiring more support, and in my case, a SmallRig Cage. The RF camera is now too large for the trap door on the top of the Lowepro ProTactic 350 backpack. The lenses fit, but you have to gut the backpack and redesign the partitions. After you've done that, there is very little room left for filters, microphones, spare batteries, and other support items. Out of curiosity, I took the RF mirrorless equipment out and inserted my old EF DSLR, and it fit great! This is a good size for an EF DSLR day bag, but it is not suitable for an RF system. I am switching to the larger Lowepro ProTactic 450 backpack (my second 450), known to be a good fit. I'm still giving the bag a solid rating because the product description states DSLR, and for that, it's well suited.

The Lowepro Flipside 500 AW II is a great camera backpack, I am upgrading from the 200 AW II which has served me well but I needed something bigger now. My number one backpack requirement was to find one that could fit a Sony a7sIII with a 200-600 lens attached, a Sony 70-200 on either side and some room to spare for other lenses, filters and blowers etc and this backpack turned out to be perfect. It's certainly much bigger than the 200 AW II but I think it fits nicely on my back and not only is it comfortable, but I feel like my gear is safe and not bouncing around while I'm trekking around woodlands or cities. I don't think I've ever spent over $100 for any kind of backpack, and I know this one is actually on the cheaper end of camera backpacks, but overall it's been stellar and would absolutely buy it again if I had to.

I recently purchased a new Lowepro Flipside 200 AW II Camera Backpack as my old one had finally given out after many years of good use. There are some improvements with the new one, more compartments and space to store things. I use it exclusively to carry my Nikon D850 with attached Tamron 150-600mm zoom lens. These fit snugly with lots of padding. There is a protective cover for if/when it rains as well. Lowepro makes a great product!

The Lowepro Photo Active 300 AW Backpack (Blue/Black) is a stylish, attractive, and durable backpack. All compartments are well-thought-out, and the backpack is well-made. One drawback is that the insert for camera gear simply fits into the backpack, creating gaps between the backpack walls and the insert. If something small is placed in the top compartment, it can fall through the gap and down to the bottom. However, I am confident that this is a minor issue for such a stylish backpack.

My first camera bag was the Lowepro Fastpack 350 (discontinued now as far as I know). Don't get me wrong; it was a good backpack, but it was way too big and bulky for what I needed. This backpack is the perfect size for what I currently carry when I take pictures. Obviously, opinions will differ based on what what each photographer/ videographer carries with them, but I would highly suggest this. Many people think they need to carry more than they actually need. I currently carry my Nikon D7200, a 50mm lens, a 35mm lens, a speedlight, and some other small things. I still have enough space to carry a water bottle with me if I wanted to.

This is a great accessory to the Lowepro Photo Hatchback 16l AW Backpack. Able to take small accessories to compliment the backpack. In hindsight though I would probably have purchased the next size up, the Dashpoint 20 Camera Pouch, as it would have easily held my mobile phone.
