Ps4 Audio Through Controller Speaker Without Headphones

Needed to go from headphones with separate mic and speaker inputs to PS4 controller. This adapter looks sturdy and works so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great even if they lack a few key features for a gaming headset. First things first, I won my first CoD Warzone (solo) match ever using these headsets. The sound quality is very clear and they are loud. Even if they don't have noice cancelation the ear cups do a really good job at isolating exterior sounds. Mic audio is clear, I never had any issues with other players not being able to hear me. The only thing I would change is the "metallic spring" sound when you raise the boom-stick to mute or lower it to unmute the mic. If you use a Vantage 2 controller on PS4 it must be connected via USB for the controller audio to work on the headphones. Overall it's a great unit and I'm really happy I got to experience them. Don't hesitate to buy these bad boys if you are looking for a good headset without breaking the bank.

This is my third audio device. I have a harman kardon speaker, bose q25 headphones and finally these Kanto YU2 speakers. I've never heard anything so clear in my life, the base is so good for its size. I was going to get the Kanto SUB6 to go with it but I don't think I'm going to need it anytime soon. It is worth every penny you won't regret these speakers. JUST DO IT. SO GOOD.

You can use it also to power with audio more the headphones.

I've been using these headphones por a couple of months now and they're great. Haven't actually used them for exercising though, mainly for working on my laptop and playing videogames on the PS4. When I bought them I had to take a leap of faith that they would work on the PS4 since I couldn't find anybody else that was using them with the PS4. To get them to work on the PS4 you'll need a PS4 USB Adapter, make sure it includes a microphone adapter though (You can find one on Amazon). And if you're like me and you're playing on the PS4 with a mouse and keyboard, you'll need a USB splitter to connect a third usb. The sound quality isn't out of this world, but they get the job done. And you have to get used to them at first since your bones might hurt a little from the vibrations, but it goes away.

I got these because I can't wear over-the-head headphones while gaming, and most other gaming earbuds are the suction kind which are incredibly uncomfortable. The other issue is that Apple's earpods don't work out-of-the-box with PS4, so there aren't a lot of options left. I purchased these headphones a couple of weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. I use them on PS4 and the setup couldn't be easier, just plug them into the controller. The sound quality is fantastic and the noise cancellation is immediate as soon as you put them on.

I use this to connect my projector to my audio extractor (which I use with my PS4). No lag or any negatives from me. Happy with this cable, and the price.

Worked great! I couldn't even find it on Amazon. I used it on a Playstation PS4. I got a "Audio Decoder 5.1 Channel AC3 DTS Decoder" to convert from the digital optical from PS4 to separate Center, Front and Rear outputs. I used this device to put the center 1-channel onto both Left and Right 2-channel.
