Ps4 Controller White Light On But Not Working

This is the best gimbal around for the price. It works great with a PS4 controller for wireless control.

Needed to go from headphones with separate mic and speaker inputs to PS4 controller. This adapter looks sturdy and works so far.

Had my previous light controller stop working with V-Mounts after years of intense use in remote locations. The new one came and I was able to instantly, seamlessly swap out the broken unit; it allowed me to have the light on location the very same day it got delivered! Couldn't be happier!

I got two of these. One for my router, network switch, PS3, and PS4. The other for my Verizon FIOS box. Both are working well to keep the network and hard drives up during power outages.

As everyone else here has said, this is an amazing piece of gear; so amazing that you wonder why no one else thought about it, or does it. I have been trying (admittedly sporadically and unprofessionally) to shoot high-key video talking heads with a pure white background (similar to the way all of those Apple product videos are done.) But no matter what I tried, with white pop-up backgrounds, white paper on a background roll, multiple light setups, etc. nothing ever looked remotely professional. I was resigned to shooting against a black background (which is much easier to not light, and covers a host of sins.) But then I found the HiLite here, decided to take a last shot, and went and picked it up at B&H, along with a five head CFL continuous light fixture. I brought it home, popped it out of its bag, and had it set up in less than five minutes. Stick the CFL head in the side, use a single variable intensity LED for light on the subject (me), and WOW. Absolutely perfect high-key video. Having the background back-lit takes care of everything, and all you need to do is set your exposure until it just washes out the back, leaving your subject perfectly illuminated by the front light. I cannot believe how good this looks, and how simple this is. If a pure white background is what you're looking for, this is clearly it.

Generally I use ceilings to bounce light off of. But ceilings are not always the right color (white) or they are not the at the right height. This is a good compromise for the price. I like the sturdy way the unit attaches to the flash unit.

I was looking at other lighter tripods around 2 pounds and less. This thing measures around 2.5 pounds. For a light hiker, an extra 1/2 pound for just one piece of equipment is a big sacrifice- one I would not typically make. But I do a lot of photos on top of mountains where it is windy. For both low light or astrophotography, I need to load it up with slower shutter speeds. The Element is the right balance for me. It is not as solid as my big tripod, but that thing weighs over 6 pounds. If it is very windy, I just don't raise the legs and recompose the shot. But most of the time, I can extend to a good working height (especially important when doing astro-pics), and load up the center. Seems like it can take a beating, too- it will still be working when I am long gone. I have read others state they like the latches more. I prefer this for throwing in my backpack- latches get banged up and stuck- this just slides in.
