Ps4 Controller Wired Mode

This is the best gimbal around for the price. It works great with a PS4 controller for wireless control.

Needed to go from headphones with separate mic and speaker inputs to PS4 controller. This adapter looks sturdy and works so far.

I try this controller with the C100 is perfect in focus mode. The packaging was super!

I wanted a wired remote for occasions when the TC-80N3 Timer/Remote Controller is a little too much, and when the RC-6 infrared remote is a little clunky. This remote is perfect! The plug fits into the camera very accurately (not so much with 3rd party remotes) and the performance is very reliable. What more can I say? It's great!

I use this controller with my PC via bluetooth and it works great. It’s a huge upgrade from my wired 360 controller. It’s slimmer, the texture is better and all the buttons feel and are quieter. A note to PC users, make sure to disable power management for whatever bluetooth adapter you are using or it will create connectivity issues with this controller and any other bluetooth devices.

I needed a remote to rapid fire the Sony a1 / a7SIII / a7RIV / a7III in continuous shooting HI+ mode. Happy to report that the wired ShutterBoss II works exactly like the Sony shutter release, delivering max FPS in continuous shooting HI+ mode. It also provides smooth AF with shutter half press as you would expect. If you want more range and don't need continuous shooting, consider the Wireless ShutterBoss III Remote Switch with Digital Timer (yes, I tested that unit wired to the camera, and it only delivers 1 release per second). It is possible to eek out burst shots every second, but it's definitely not continuous. I do have both units, as I also need to wirelessly control a multi cam setup with synchronized flash.

While the information that comes with the controller mentions only Windows compatibility, I use the controller implementing Xinput and Flight mode with Train Valley 2 on my computer loaded with Ubuntu 22.04. I have no problems.

These work great when they are setup correctly i'm finding, the challenge is setting them up correctly. The setup is their major caveat. Pros: Control TL power tracking is fantastic and makes it simple to do quick automated snaps of product photos with off camera flash. Uses commonly available rechargeable batteries like the wonderful Eneloope that BH stocks. Cons: Some if not all speed lights do not work in full Auto mode (Sb-910 is unresponsive in any other mode than plain TTL or manual.) Paul buff lights are wonderful with these, but you can't use the P-buff controller with these. PW does not have a decent controller (I dislike the AC3).

This is the only way to access Manual Mode. Controller 3 is lighter than the previous version. It is well made and the sticks are very smooth. The precision you can achieve is pretty amazing.
