Get a spare/extra battery now. These are reliable, and have better specs than the off-brand types.

very light and compact, yet full of awesome specs. The touch screen is very responsive and battery life is very good. I’m an average consumer and a light/medium photographer. This one made me in love with DSLR cams.

I appreciate the LFP battery many extra lifetime cycles specs and robustness over the older NCM lithium batteries. Great APP helps on the setup of several features. great customer service.

Happy with my exchange (returned a Bolt battery pack for this one). This battery pack lives up to its specs: fast charging, recycling, solid build. I do wish it came with a strap (like the Bolt did) - not a deal-breaker. I can fire off at least 6 - 8 consecutive shots at 1/4 power at a blistering 12fps! I use this battery pack with my Sony A77II DSLR for press events.

I was looking at the Nova and compared specs, battery options, quality and portability and these panels check all the boxes. I have bought two of these now! With two amount 190 wh battery I can run at full power about 2 hr if needed. Generally I never have to run this past about 40 - 60% output.

I have several Dracast panels that serve me well, but they're just not bright enough to fill talent outdoors. After a little research, I settled on this Astra 6X, based mostly on it's specs and it's ability to work with a single Anton Bauer battery. It ain't easy comparing units with lux, footcandles and varying numbers in feet and meters. But based on it's advertised output, the 6X seemed like the best bang for the buck. In my unscientific side by side eyeball test, this 6X puts out about twice the light of the Dracast. I usually punch panels through silk or diffusion, but used open face and cranked up, the 6X does make some serious, hard light. The color seems great, without any noticeable green or magenta cast. I'm going to drag it around europe next week and we'll see how it holds up. A note about batteries. After a long discussion with the Litepanels tech, this is what I learned: This thing draws 104 watts at full output, so you need at least a 120,150WH or larger battery on it. A 90WH battery is not going to make you happy. My A/B 150's should work well. Also, some battery manufacturers put current protection in even their largest batteries, so even if they should work based on their specs, they may not. I realize Litepanels is owned by the same company as Anton/Bauer, but I really feel his advice was based on real feedback from surprised users.

I was looking for a 15 inch gaming laptop and I saw this on the B&H website. I was impressed by the specs and brought it. Since it had two SSD slots, one empty, I purchased a 1TB SSD and installed it, no problem. The Asus Tuf Gaming Laptop boots in seconds and the battery life is far beyond impressive, non-gaming, it lasts since most gaming laptops are bad on battery life. It has no DVD drive since it's military specs and no card reader which I purchased later. Excellent.
