Suggest understanding the initial configuration screens of the UniFi Controller software before connecting the access point. Also a good idea to temporarily position the access points with patch cables to determine the optimal locations for wifi coverage prior to permanent mounting. 5 |

Great RGB Fan. Awesome modular design for multiple fans connecting together. With the controller, customizing the light is really easy with the Lian Li L3 Connect software 5 |

With the camera SONY HXR-NX30P, the controller successfully functions all functions. The connecting cord is plugged into the camera with the AV-R connector, and the controller is plugged into the 2.5-inch jack. Fast delivery to Russia. 5 |

I normally have an aversion to connecting any computer gizmo through a third gizmo; this is just asking for trouble. But seeing the positive reviews for the Sonnet products I thought I would give this a try to save my RME pro audio HDSPe AIO cards $900 + investment, since I was purchasing a new Mac with no PCI slots. Bottom line: it was pretty much load, plug and play. The card was instantly recognized and works perfectly with Logic 10+ on High Sierra. I was also able to daisy-chain a USB-C SSD drive from the second port without interference or performance loss. There is a little bit of fan noise, always the bane of a studio owner, but less than many other devices here. 5 |

Works great. The velcro will probably be a little short from fully connecting around the fixture. But all in all, for the price it's great. I'm using it with the Amaron 200d, and it works well. 5 |

I've had the Pro-Co Sound DB-1 for only a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to its durability except to say that it's built quite sturdily. Time will tell. But so far it's doing exactly what I hoped it would do -- improve my sound dramatically. I play bass in my church. The sound booth and mixing board are a long way from the stage and the unbalanced signal from my instrument cable was degrading by the time it reached its destination. The DB-1 is a passive direct box that converts the unbalanced signal from my bass to a balanced one. The minute I plugged into it my sound became much punchier and crisper. The occasional pops and crackles that had plagued my sound before all but disappeared and were replaced with a much cleaner and more consistent tone. I'd never used a direct box before. Now I'm wondering what took me so long. The DB-1 was recommended to me over other brands by the sound techs from our local association. It is simple to use: Just connect the cables, flip a switch and play. I am currently plugging into the DB-1 and then directly into the house mix. But the DB-1 also includes a parallel signal output that will allow me to continue connecting to the main board via an XLR cable, while connecting a second TS cable to amplifier. I am considering going that route and connecting to a small amp for use as a monitor (I currently have a piano player located between me and the side-fill monitor I've been using). Again, I've only had this box for two weeks. But so far I'm thrilled with the results and can't imagine playing without one. No downside so far. Thanks Pro Co, and thumbs-up for a great product. 5 |

I must admit, the first time I unboxed the instrument, I was amazed at the build quality. It has some heft, the keys are properly and ergonomically placed and you know Akai really took their time to perfect this wind controller. But as a long time saxophone player, the first time I actually played some scales, I was quite disappointed - it didn't feel like a saxophone. I was beginning to regret my purchase and thought about exchanging it for the WX5. So I gave it a few more days. Days turned to weeks, and I am beginning to appreciate this instrument. Keep practicing those scales, breathing with the mouthpiece and you realize how this is such an amazing wind controller. I made a mistake thinking that this is a replacement for a saxophone in an apartment situation. In reality, you should think about how this instrument can be an extension to your musical endeavors. The possibilities you can do with the sounds and playability are endless. There are a few usable synths prebuilt, but I suggest using the Akai EWI 5000 Editor to really play and edit your sounds then save it to the user bank. Also there are synths out there that can be used if you plug the EWI as just a midi wind controller; unfortunately you can't upload other synth sounds into the controller. Definitely give it some time to get used to the instrument especially moving from one octave to another. Keep practicing and you'll appreciate that there's hardly any moving parts here. I was opposed at it first since horns have that tactile and key feedback. But with the touch sensitivity, it really felt I was playing an instrument from the future. Again, you just have to get used to it - think about when mobile phones shift from physical keyboards to the modern phones we have today. And here I am today still keeping my purchase and writing a review. I thank Akai for making a top-notch wind controller and continuing the support for the modern electronic wind musician. 5 |
