Every time I bring my MacBook to work, I always have to bring the original little white Apple adapter, plug it in back and forth to home-work, work-home... Well, those days are over. Now, I can leave the Xcellon 100W USB-C Universal AC Adapter permanently on my desk at work while the original Apple charger is stored in the laptop's case to take it anywhere else. The original Apple charger is only 30 watts, which I also used it for other USB-C PD devices, but the Xcellon for being 100 watts, is much better. It will deliver intelligently up to 100 watts to whatever device that needs that much current, like a bigger laptop or an V-Mount battery and will also safely charge my MacBook to only supplying the appropriate current it needs. Nothing more. That's what PD means: "Power Delivery". Very happy with it, it does what it's supposed to and now I have two ways to charge my laptop. Also, it features a built-In Circuit Protection Circuitry, and if you live in a country that is 220 volts, the charger automatically switches to the appropriate wattage (110/220), no problem. I got the Fly More kit to get the extras that keep me flying. The extra propellers and screws are great to have though I (fortunately) have not needed them. I really liked the two extra, higher capacity batteries and the charger for three batteries. I do wish the charger would charge batteries faster. It still takes quite a while. Also keep in mind that the higher capacity batteries add enough weight to push the flying weight over the 249g and you'll need to register the drone. This is a VERY easy process. I was concerned that the included bad would not hold the Mini 3, accessories and the controller. The bag pretty easily holds the DJI RC controller, charger with batteries, accessories and some paperwork like the registration document. The total cost of the individual items was just about the same or slightly more as in the kit but the bag is an extra with the kit. The kit is a good choice, 5 |
