charging is very slow but if you just want an overnight charge this will get the job done while you sleep

Charging the controller and four batteries simultaneously is great! We can now be mission ready in no time! Not much more to say.

I bought this to use with a Canon XA10 camcorder for a very reasonable price while it was on sale, and am quite happy with it. It's simple and well constructed, and does what it does very well: zooms in and out, and starts and stops recording. That's all I really need to do from the handle; the rest I do from the camera body. The best part of this controller is its variable zoom lever, which feels great under the thumb and allows for very fine control of variable zoom. It's perfect for a really slow zoom, and transitions smoothly from slow to fast, allowing nice zoom feathers. The only slightly awkward bit of the controller is a clamp knob that sticks out a ways from the clamp, but it's a very minor nit. Great value for the money.

Perfect works with DSLR controller app for Android so much better with out wires. Is slow with image review but almost same speed at times with usb cable.

Not only this controller is very convenient for everyday steady photography techniques, it 's a must have tool to use for Slow Shutter exposure and Timelapse motion. Super easy to use and has become my must have item in the bag for everyday usage.

The Varicam RockDVX is a precision zoom controller (super slow to extremely fast) for the Panasonic DVX200. Wonderful for live events. Best controller I have used.

If you do not have these then you are missing out on the experience. You could go with hand tracking which is pretty good, but the slow the hand controller to stay with you and not flop around. Like I said in the title they should be with the quest 3 or of the box

It gives you 3 charging options...basically, fast, somewhat fast, and slow (which helps prolong the battery's life).

My two biggest gripes after 3 weeks of usage: Charging LED indicator is well visible only if I put camera upside down Wifi transfer is painfully slow for RAW files, like 300kbps slow, 40 photos in an hour. Besides these minor points I love the camera, I've upgraded from Panasonic GF1 and Canon 7Dmk1, the jump in light sensitivity and usability is great. A7mk2 with kit lense gives much better results in low light than 7D with 50mm/1.4. Realtime (over)exposure feedback in EVF is godsent under sunny winter conditions.
