Ps5 Controller R2 Button Loose Sony

This controller is used to operate a Fujinon lens on a Sony HVR-S270. As with previous Varizoom products I have had, the quality is great and it does all it is supposed to do at a great price.The main negative for me is that I don't like the record/pause button right next to the zoom control. You can accidentally hit pause when you don't intend to do so. I put a cap over the record button and tape it down to avoid pausing by accident and losing important footage.

The VZR100 is a fantastic zoom controller. It also has a record button right at your finger tips. I use this controller for my Sony NX 5.

I have a mix of godox and flashpoints running off the R2 flashpoint controller and added this in the same group for 3 point lighting it is just as controllable as the AD200 & AD600's from the wireless unit.

It's a small and lightweight controller with a firm click of each button and touchpad.

I bought the Sony RX100 iii to use on a two week shooting trip where the bulk of my 6d and full array of L-series lenses just would not be welcome. I have big hands which fit the 6d with battery grip just right. The quality of the files I get from the RX100 iii is astounding but I found it very difficult to hold the camera and I quickly became convinced that I was going to let the tiny camera slip out of my hands before it was over, and imagined fully catastrophic results. The choice was between the the Sony AG-R2 grip and the Richard Franiec. The price of the AG-R2 is less than half than the Franiec. The look is a little cleaner, too, but the France seems that it would be easier to grab. I chose the AG-R2 because of the price and have been very happy with it. The camera is still too small for my hands, bit now I'm not worried that Im going to drop it. I hear good things about the Franiec, but this product works very well. Save your money. The cheaper one is made for this camera.

Added this as a third head to the macro kit. Replaced my Nikon R1 kit so I can use this with either my Nikon or Sony equipment with the R2 transmitters. Works just as well as the 3x more expensive Nikon version.

I am so glad that Sony thought to have the AG-R2 attachment grip made for such a small, powerful camera like the Sony RX100. The grip gives you that secure feeling that the camera will not slip from your hands. Anyone thinking of getting this small camera needs to purchase the rubberized grip for a secure hold onto the RX100. It is a very inexpensive item considering the cost of the Sony camera -

Recently purchased the Sony AG-R2 grip for my Sony RX100V and it does improve my grip and fits perfectly. To ensure a good adhesion I wiped the camera body with a little alcohol before aligning and pressing the grip into place. Also I let the grip set up overnight before handling the camera like the instructions recommend.

The Sony AG-R2 attachment grip is a must for any of Sony's compact cameras that are compatible with it. Not only does it enhance the handling of the camera, but by doing so it may prevent a camera from accidental slipping and dropping causing unnecessary and unwanted damage.
