Ps5 Controller Sound Issue

Extremely fast and reliable. Ever since I put it in my PS5 it has done all the heavy lifting without a single issue. Only thing I wish is that it had a way to prepare it before putting in the PS5, as in it had a program that you can run on the PS5 to optimize it instead of having to put it in a PC.

While the controller isn't flashy, it does just what it's supposed to do. It connected without issue and controls the zoom on our fixed cams smoothly.

I have 2 of these for my house, a little overkill but :) they are great, I installed the controller on my Mac Mini (used as a home media server) plugged them into my POE switch, they were seen by the controller, I adopted them, told me there was an update for them, I created the WIFI network I wanted and there you go. Been using them for about a week with our phones, laptops and smart TV streaming netflix, not had a single issue, looking at the stats devices seem to be handing off between units without issue (phones and laptops as we move about the house). There are a ton of more advanced features that I am not using yet, but may get to

the only issue is the lights flicker when sliding the sliders. a Pro lighting friend tells me its the lights and not the controller. but is great to adjust all my lights without moving around.

Once I learned all functions of controller, happy with what this system. Called customer support for an issue and they were great! Knowledgeable and Helpful.

I never paid attention to a monitor controller until I added a new set of monitors and kept my old ones so I could A/B them during mixes. The Big Knob has exceeded my expectations on every level. My previous experiences with Mackie have been less than impressive, but I can't detect any noise, hiss, or degradation in sound while using it. The buttons work as promised, and the master volume knob is silky smooth allowing me to dial in the volume perfectly. I had an issue before I bought this where my old monitors would randomly issue a loud pop when on but not in use. Since adding the Big Knob that has gone away. It's hard to believe I had this much improvement for under $70.

I use the product in conjunction with my ps5. I am truly amazed at how much the sound makes the games come alive on a new level

I got it... set it up... played my ps5 (little nightmares) THE SOUND BLEW ME AWAY!! Me and my family were put in the environment! We heard sounds we never heard on our prior try. This system is WORTH IT!

Made a world of difference for the surround sound for movies and video games on my PS5.

Reconnects without issue, no noticeable sound quality loss.
