Ps5 Faulty Controller Return

Had to return first one as hot shoe was faulty.

I ordered the Ruggard 80L dry cabinet to protect my expensive Nikon camera equipment from the humidity & damp climate up here in the mountains of Wales UK. A minor issue on arrival, was the cabinet showed no signs of life. After calling B&H customer service & asking for technical support - between us, we were unable to source the fault, without taking the thing to pieces. I didn't want to start disassembling the unit to fault find myself, as I didn't know whether it was easily repairable or not. And doing so would likely have invalidated a return under warranty. Without any argument or quibbling, B&H accepted my report of a faulty item & agreed a replacement would be dispatched. Meanwhile I should repack the faulty item ready for courier collection & return. Imagine my surprise when B&H dispatched the replacement cabinet the same day & then emailed to advise due to the cost of shipping the faulty cabinet back to the US, there was no requirement to return it - so I was free to either attempt a repair myself, or dispose of it. Naturally, with nothing to lose, I took the thing apart, and quickly found the problem. A wire on the main power lead had been pulled out of a small plastic socket. I did offer to pay for the second cabinet as I felt B&H shouldn't really be out of pocket for such as minor fault. To their credit, B&H customer service thanked me for offering to pay, but said there was no need - as I hadn't ordered two - and the first one should have worked straight out of the box. Well, yes. This was true. Nonetheless, I've never experienced such a great commitment to customer care before.� Many thanks for looking after me B&H. :-)

My first order came with a faulty one. So after contacting B&H, they asked me to return the product. The second shipment I received after several days was absolutely perfect. No complaint whatsoever. Using this 6TB on my xbox one s. Working superb. For the drive itself I give a 5 star. I didnt take away points for the trouble. B&H didnt know that drive was faulty. They were great.

This is a replacement for a faulty unit. So far, so good.

After receiving a faulty unit they were quick to send me a replacement.

The customer service was great when we had a faulty unit. The sent us a new one as soon as defect was figured out.
