Pulse 3D Wireless Headset Buttons
superhappykiwi | 2024-08-23 08:57:38 |
I bought this speaker as soon as it came out & I love it. I had the pulse 4 before it, and they are both great. This new one sounds better, has better bass, and is larger. It’s great that there’s an equalizer option in the app. I really like that they put a strap on the back so I can carry it easier too. The lights are awesome, and better than the pulse 4. One thing I miss that the pulse 4 had and this one doesn’t, are the buttons to pause music, and change the volume on the speaker. The pulse 5 doesn’t have those buttons, but it’s not that big of a deal to me. I still love it. 5 |

read reviews, tried on direct stores - and immediately intrigued RIGHT there and then, but at the time was already with the PULSE (non ELITE) PS5 headset and thought that wouldn't need extra for the sake of new drop then time went on, and the PULSE headset hinge loosen and broke and wasn't even 3.5 years in decided to LOOK for in-zone series and H7 / H9 is within wallet capability, but decided with H7 as it superbly similar just wished they're FRIENDLIER for users wallets otherwise, superb product - would own more than 1 E Z 5 |

3D Connexion really know what it's like doing 3D work, whether CAD, modeling, sculpting or the like. I had an expensive mechanical keyboard but it didn't work so well for 3D, which isn't continuous typing but lots of shortcuts. With the mechanical, doing a quick shortcut, what would happen is the modifier key would often get missed. Not a problem with this scissor (I believe) keyswitch. At any rate it has the same great feel as the buttons on the Enterprise. Layout is well thought out, detachable number pad is great, and I like the horizontal is minimized by pulling in the right hand specials (arrows, up page, etc). And we get another 16 custom buttons! Which combined with the best part - the fantastic 3DC software, gives all sorts of possibilities. I use Blender, and tied the top 12 to be an instant jump to a workspace. First is layout, modeling, sculpting, UV, etc, corresponding horizontally with the keys. Really improved my workflow jumping to focused workspaces like this so easily. 5 |

I've had this for over a year and worked with other engineers who use this. It make working with 3d models so much better. This one is a nice compromise between the ball with 3 or so buttons and the one with the screen and all the buttons. If you're into macros, go with the next version. It's plug-and-play and fully customizable when you want to change any buttons. Software is lightweight. Works perfectly with Autodesk Inventor. Haven't tried mine out with others, but I know engineers who used it with SolidWorks. It works in MS Office, so I would expect it to work with your design software of choice. 5 |

Engineer's Take | 2024-09-19 07:36:31 |
Very nice headset, and very comfortable to wear (light; snug, but not overly so, against your ears). It does a nice job noise-cancelling on my end - with two settings to choose from - and people on the other end of meetings/calls say I sound good with no background noise even though I work in an open office with a lot of coworkers around. I like the fact that it is a USB-C headset but with a USB-A adapter permanently attached for when you want to use the headset with an older computer or device without USB-C. I also like that there are volume up/down and mute buttons on the cord. I don't use the "Teams" button to answer calls as I tend to just use my mouse to click on Teams calls since my mouse tends to be closer to my fingers than the headset cord buttons. I do have two suggestions for improvement: 1) offer an "over the ear" version in addition to this "on the ear" design as this would help even more to reduce distracting sounds in your own background. 2) allow the user to adjust the amount of sidetone (hearing your own voice in your headset), preferably via the buttons on the cord (as opposed to some sort of app the user needs to install) Thanks. 5 |

Pros: Easy to use; refill filament, print 3D files, wireless is convenient, and non heating bed. A great value for a 3D Printer. Cons; purchasing expensive filament through XYZPRINTING. Not able to purchase 3rd party filament due to NFC chip. 5 |
