Purchase to replace a low end prime lens for my main video camera, AF is quiet has very little noticeable breathing. Lens is compact and light weight and great picture.

I just recently purchased this camera in hopes to have a video camera suitable for action. This camera has exceeded my expectations. Excellent purchase!

We work documentaries, video clips and some commercials and the truth is that this camera has been an excellent purchase, we are satisfied with the performance and results of the work.

Before purchase, I watched the video from Mindshift that outlined all of the features of the bag. The video was very accurate and did not oversell anything - the bag is as good as it looks. With all of the pockets, I love that I can carry other stuff like as a day bag in addition to the camera, so I don't have to carry a camera bag + a regular bag. It looks cool too!

I never leave reviews but this camera is too much of a beast to not leave a review for. I bought this because I’m transitioning my photography business to focus more heavily on video. I still have many photography clients so it makes sense that I would use a hybrid camera such as this for video. If you’re looking for a full fledged video camera and aren’t looking to do run and gun work, go the C200 route. Anyhow, about the camera. It’s lacking 24fps in 1080p but that will likely be fixed in firmware updates. The footage looks incredible, and it’s a very intuitive and ergonomic system even for someone with little experience in this line. As far as photography is concerned, I own a 5DMKIV as well. Aside from the Mark IV taking larger resolution photos, this camera takes better images in every way. Far better low light performance, obviously quick burst speeds, and significantly sharper images. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of this camera, even if I did grit my teeth a bit as I pressed “confirm purchase.” It’s an expensive piece of equipment certainly not an ideal price point for someone just getting into photography, but it’s built like a tank and I would buy it again if I needed to!

I purchase this tripod to use with my video camera. I needed something that folded up small enough to put in my suitcase as I film events overseas.It is also lightweight enough to not ad too much to my luggage allowance. The spiked feet are really helpful for shooting out of doors on soft ground. My video camera is light enough so that I don't need to use a sandbag with the tripod but I love that is has the hook in case extra stability is needed. The legs extend very easily and smoothly compared to my Induro tripod. The monopod feature is great as I am also a photographer.

I purchase this as a 4th camera in my video production company, it has been nothing but impressive for uses on my DJI RS2 and slider. The image quality on intraframe is excellent and easily fulfills the quality requirements for broadcast video. I've read a few of the reviews here and I don't know how these people are experiencing overheating issues as I've let this thing run over an hour in a 4 camera interview session with no issues whatsoever. I would just disregard those warnings as this is a solidly built camera for professional & amateur use. Image quality and AF focus & tracking is quite impressive. This unit could easily replace the FX3 for your 3rd or 4th camera in a video shooting environment. Cheers.

The factory charger is probably a little over-priced and really should be included by Canon when you purchase a +$1500 video camera, however, this charger works extremely well and is quite compact.  The electrical prongs fold away nicely and the battery stays nicely in place while charging.

I had a hard time deciding which Sony camera to purchase to be my go-to camera for both photo + video. I ended up going with this one and I'm really glad I did! So far switching between photo and video has been seamless and the mic that was included in this kit has also been fantastic.
