Great quality, such a clear pure sound! Easy to figure out. Only thing I dont like, is the Power Button is upside down. You have to flip the switch down to turn it on.

I also own the 8x42 NL Pure's. I plan on keeping both, but the 12's are going to be my default binocular. 9 times out of ten, I want more power than field of view. What is remarkable about these, given the power and field of view, is that they're the same size as my 8's. I've owned high powered bin's in the past, but their size has always been an impediment to actually using them in the field. These are a joy to hold and use. Things to note: If you're coming from a lower power and wider field of view, there will be an adjustment period. Once I got past that, they are as easy to use as my 8's. Also as expected, they have a narrower depth of field, so your focus has to be more precise. Those are small trade-offs for the better magnification for me. I like having great looks at birds, and these give me that in a perfect sized binocular with outstanding ergonomics.

Bought this UPS to protect a Security DVR System. It provides a continuous stream of pure regulated power affording maximum protection for the expensive surviellance system connected to it. The LCD display is a nice touch providing UPS & power status at a glance. Overall, I'm very pleased with all aspects of this unit!

The Swarovski 10x42 NL Pure are famous for their optical near-perfection for daytime use such as birding. Amateur astronomers tend to favor alternate sizes with either lower power (larger exit pupils) or bigger apertures. I find the 10x42 NL Pure hits a sweet spot for astronomy. It's extra wide field helps you find things in the sky, the flat field keeps all the stars as pinpoints across the field, and its 10x power is very steady with the forehead rest. The 4.1mm exit pupil is wide enough for finding dim objects; for example, I just saw the Veil Nebula in them without filters. I also own Fujinons and IS Canons, and they are great, but these are my go-to astronomy binoculars.

Using this as a backup for my music studio setup, in case of power outage. This runs my 2019 Mac Pro, two 27” displays, my audio interface, my keyboard and all my hard drives. Under that load, I have estimated 25 minutes of battery in case of outage. I love that it has a pure sinewave (not a simulated one, as found in many others), and that it has a voltage regulator so I’m sure my gear always gets pure and steady electricity, even under input fluctuations. This offers peace of mind not to lose work in case of power outage, so it’s worth every penny for me.
