I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments. The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections. Versatile and great sound quality. 5 |

As a gigging musician I need more than instruments and mics. I need various tools for on-site repairs and assembling stage props. I purchased this drawer to install into my utility rack for that purpose. It is deep enough to hold the electric/battery operated hand tools the band needs for our shows. Therefore it serves the purpose well. 5 |

A great multi-purpose dynamic mic, I use this small-sized, big-sounding tool for instruments and vocals alike. It obviously excels on the snare drum and on guitar cabinets, but I like the sound I get from it on various percussion, brass and lower-toned woodwind instruments. It doesn't have the shrill high-end crispness of a condenser, but you don't always need that. Overall, it sounds clean and strong, and adeptly resists feedback. 5 |
