Using it as laptop stand for DJ rig...so far so good

I absolutely love my Pyle PLPTS35 Laptop stand. The fact that it was foldable with a carrying case was a plus. The stand itself is made of high strength materials made to with stand the beating it will take moving it from gig to gig. I am so shocked to not have seen this product used by more djs. In general, the stand is solid, affordable, and super adjustable. You can adjust the angle of the tray, you can swivel it around, and adjust the height. It has adjustable pegs, 4, that surround your laptop so that it stays in place just in case of a tip over. Granted, it is on a tri-pod, I did accidentally bump it one day and it fell halfway over, however the pegs kept my laptop from falling off of the stand. The mouse tray is solid, and never pops out of place. I don't use it because my dj controller has a function that controls my computer screen, or I just use the trackpad. I have one now for mobile dj usage, but I plan on buying a second one for at home use as well. I love this product thank you so much Bhphoto and QuikLok.

I use this stand for my DJ coffin, which contains two turntables at around 28 pounds each, a mixer, and my laptop, not to mention the case itself which is rather heavy. The stand is quite sturdy and has rubber sections on the top that eliminate any potential sliding. I have it ratcheted up to its tallest setting, and it's pretty stable. I'm definitely not worrying about anything falling. If you're transporting it, it folds down to a very convenient size. I'd definitely recommend-- I'm sure it'd make a very solid keyboard stand as well.
