Quickbooks Laptop Requirements

Needed a well proportioned laptop back pack for an Omen laptop. This fits all the requirements.

I brought this 15" as I needed a bigger screen laptop and at the same time portable. This one is the perfect as my requirements portable and powerful.

In an attempt to lighten my carry-on load when traveling, I recently purchased a small, light-weight ultrabook as a replacement for my heavier, large laptop. That issue solved my next problem was to find a suitable carrying case. I was not comfortable with what I found in the stores, so I hit up Google and nosed around various sites and their offerings. I guess I'm overly-pickey, but one site after another failed to meet my requirements, that is until I came across the B&H url. This case seemed to meet my list of requirements and the price was such that if I found it unusable I would not have wasted a lot of money. A welcome plus was the fact that there was no shipping and handling charge. The case arrived and initially I was pleased. Then, I started checking it out, pulling on the seams, tugging on the shoulder strap hooks, checking the zippers, etc. Conclusion? I was very pleased with the construction and quality. Checking out the interiors I found some surprises. The large cavity will comfortably hold my laptop in the smaller slot leaving the larger one free to hold an inch or more of files and papers. The interior seems to be water-proof, which is another plus -- just in case! On the front of the case is a smaller zippered pocket for mouse pad, mouse, cords, usb devices, etc. But, here was more surprise. There is a key clip, a slot for a small amount of business cards and pen pockets -- 3 of them. I didn't recall seeing these mentioned on the website. As I tried it out, the shoulder strap is quite comfortable with a fulled loaded case. Okay, the laptop weighs less than 3 pounds and I had a pound or so of files in the bag. The real trial will come in a few weeks when I fly away on a trip. I look forward to using this travel case and feel it will be exactly what I wanted. P.S.: I guess I can now remove that tag that says I can't remove it until the case is delivered to the Customer, which is me!

I wanted a mouse that I could use all day, but also pack easily in my laptop bag for traveling. This mouse fits both requirements. But even better, there's no dongle to lose or drop or step on or move. Because it's Bluetooth, it just works. And the drag and button actions are very smooth. No complaints. Best mouse I've owned in a quite a while.

If you have a laptop, you probably want single sided memory and not double sided memory; be sure to lookup your laptop's requirements. Not all memory is created equal and some reputable providers offer 2TB but memory is double sided and may not fit in your laptop. SN 850x 2TB and lower is single sided; 4TB is double sided. 2tb x 2 installed in Dell Precision 7560 for ease of separation of Windows 10 and Ubuntu dual boot

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This laptop met all my requirements. I was even pleased to see an open slot for ram and M.2 which I easily added 16GB Crucial ram and 1TB Samsung M.2 SSD and are working great. I was a little disappointed to see that the available M.2 was missing the mounting screw which I had to take from another computer. Other than the missing mounting screw the memory upgrade was easy and smooth. Pros: Love the stable and accurate GPU and display, very nice keyboard, numeric keypad, quiet fans, sensible ports and built in SD reader. Cons: Missing M.2 set screw, and the speakers seem to vibrate against the housing at high volume.

Meets all the requirements for my system.

It has met all of my requirements exceedingly well.
