Quickbooks Online Administrator

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I am a network administrator and have always had to fight my laptop in my network closets. This table is the perfect size to hold my laptop without taking up too much room in the often cramped spaces I have to work in. Added my own rubber bumpers to the top to help ensure the laptop does not slide off the platform.

I'm a network administrator and 8nhave been looking for a firewall solution that was more cost effective than the overpriced Dell TZ firewalls we have been using up to now. This thing has the throughput even with DPI and Intrusion Prevention on. Setup is super easy. Can be managed remotely without the need for Certificates. No subscription license fees. GUI is easy to read and very informative. All for less than a third of the price of weaker solutions.

From reviews I had read I was expecting an installation that required the skills of a network administrator, but it turned out to be trivial to set up. Very solid product that I would recommend to anyone.

A little lighter than it looks online but it's really nice.
