Quickbooks Online Advanced Backup

As an advanced landscape photographer and videographer, I wanted a backup solution that was robust but with a more simple configuration than a NAS. I set this up as a DAS which is then backed up to Backblaze. It's directly attached to my Mac Studio through the 10 Gbe port and is extremely fast.

Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced offers 50 GB Acronis cloud backup, Easey local backup, Easy restore, telephone and chat technical support, and easy activation. It also blocks ransom attacks and many advanced featured. This is a reliable software and if you shop around you can find it for less cost.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Great surprise! I was thinking about backup and it’s much more! You can connect remote and have a online disc. It was what I always lock for!!!!

So far it works Fine. Still adding data. I alway have an online backup as well but it's nice to have redundancy.

I use these DVD's all the time to back up important stuff from my computer, I also have an online backup, but the dvd's are muck quicker access. I love them.

I use this drive as an off site backup for my photography studio. In addition to paying for online backup services, I like the idea of having a hard copy on hand. This drive is perfect for such instances. Small, fast, reliable. Only downside, for mac users, you must reformat. Not a big deal.

APC fully meets my power-backup needs. Its online ordering and information for returning a recycled battery are very user friendly.

Have used the other Roku box before, this one is so much more advanced.
