I’m a legal document preparer. This machine checks all the boxes. Easy to install, fast printing great copies.

This printer is just what we needed. We recently added some new offices and needed a small printer mainly for printing checks and some occasional copying. This was they perfect size for our smaller office and provided us the privacy of use separate from the main administrative offices.

First time purchasing this item as a new client requires this particular toner for printing checks on a monthly basis.

It annoys me that my printer quits printing correctly when the photo black gets so old get hasn’t been used but what is one to do without buying a new printer.

After much searching at the usual online stores (OpticsPlanet, Midway, etc.), B&H had one and it arrived within two days. Everything packaged correctly as expected (this was not my first Trijicon product). Of course, reviewing the actual item here is someone superfluous - if you know you want a TA31 ACOG and are ready to part with some serious money, you already understand just how amazing it is. I will say something about the eye relief... yes, it is short. However, if you adjust your stock correctly and maintain a consistent head position, there isn't any problem.

Had printing issues resulting from old drum that was failing to print correctly due to being finally worn out (over 7 years old). As soon as I replaced the drum with OEM drum, printing issues were immediately fixed. Prints like new!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
