Quickbooks Online Community

I have put off joining the online group work community where cameras allow members to see each other, even as we work remotely. The price and great reviews for this webcam convinced me to get off my high horse. I am glad I did. Webcam and its software are easy to use, not use, and provide high quality pictures.

Bought this as a bday gift for my son who games and does the occasional podcast. His online community raved about the clarity and quality of his audio presence in their online engagements. They even marveled at how accurate it was picking up his voice even when away from his mic in his room. We were on a vacation trip to NYC and, after talking to their sales assistant and getting his recommendation, purchased this in the showroom and had it shipped (for free). If you have the chance to visit the store, you should - it's an amazing place!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I used to it live stream community events and it exceeded my expectations.

This is by far the best tripod I have owned, hands down. It is an underdog in its community and out shines some of the big name brands out there.
