I went into B & H having only ordered online before. The customer service, as on the phone, was fantastic. As for the lens, it has been phenomenal. I shoot DSLR of my daughter, still and movement, and I use the same lens on alpine montaineering trips. I appreciate the consistent photos. As in most cases, I usually don't get a second chance to climb the same route on a mountain. 5 |

I ordered the eclipse glasses online and provided my phone number as part of the order form. The total purchase was less than $15 but in this time when online fraud is so common, they actually called me to confirm that I placed and wanted the order. I've never had that happen before and was impressed by how much they look after their customers. Thank you! As for the glasses, they're great too. Very dark lenses, as they need to be for an eclipse. When I tested them, the only thing you could see with them was the sun. I was concerned about what I'd get for such a low price but they're perfect. I recommend. 5 |

When you get as old as I am and the customer service rep. asks for the serial number on the back of your DVD player or IPhone you are going to need one these. It’s a lifesaver. Great optics, well made, and plenty large. I really like mine. 5 |

B&H had this UPS at my door the day after I ordered online, that's amazing customer service. The UPS itself works as advertised and was tested with a fake power outage which passed. The only issue is that the physical description on the website stated the length to be 10.1 inches, in reality it's almost 14 inches long. Almost couldn't fit it in my enclosure. 5 |
