Quickbooks Online Document Storage

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! The WorkForce ES-580W wireless duplex desktop document scanner is a must have for any home office. Super easy setup, pretty much plug in and use. You can easily scan to your smartphone, tablet, USB or online storage account from your desktop or your cellphone. The huge feed tray is awesome, and it breezes through double sided documents. great rich color scanning, impeccable quality or scans. It can scan any document you have with ease including business cards and other smaller documents. The ability to create searchable PDFs and editable word or excel doc from your scans. The 4.3" color touchscreen is very intuitive super easy to view, and the hotkeys to easily send to any of your online storage accounts. It was poorly displayed “online”, I didn’t know whether it was what I wanted and would work for me. I ordered it and it works fine with my 10.2” Ipad. Keys work well but I had to disable the Track pad. When I typed in a document, apparently the heals of my hand would drag across the Trackpad and do all sorts of bad things with the document I was creating. Works fine just using the arroe keys to move around in the document.

I was looking for an easy to use scanner with the goal of paperless document storage. Perused the big brand models; Canon, HP, Brother, Epson, etc., but the Fujitsu ix1300 offers just the features I'm looking for with a user friendly interface, compact footprint, and wireless connectivity. This ScanSnap scanner falls in at a reasonable price point offering the functionality of many higher priced full size flat bed scanners but in a much smaller package. With straightforward, intuitive document management software including OCR, superb image rendering (including graphics), and wireless capability it rates as a truly portable device perfect for the home office or everyday user. I highly recommend. As always the B&H pros do everything right; competitive prices, super fast shipping, and great communication. They get it and why I keep coming back.

I've used a Pegasus R4 in a 10+ user CAD and document file sharing environment for a few years. I've been very impressed with its speed and consistency. It just works. I've used other Promise tech and various other brands of large-format storage for many applications over the years, but Promise has always proven to be the best. So when I needed a RAID solution for my own video editing and graphics design business, the first place I went was to the Pegasus2. What can I say but the Promise is true. I'm very pleased with the unit so far, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, quiet, and reliable TB2 storage.

This is a great item for print and document storage. Quality construction with a reasonable price and they store and stack very well. I just recently purchased these to store some old photos that I had acquired and I intend to purchase more of these in the future. Very pleased with this purchase ...
