Easy to put on network, runs off of POE. Documentation in box is lacking, better documentation is online.

5 stars for the design, documentation, packaging, but I would give it 5+ stars for the online help. I was able to input my TV model number and distance I wanted the center/top/bottom of the TV from the floor, and the Sanus website gave me the exact specs on where to place the wall mount. Fabulous experience.

Needed an extra battery for my documentation of the 2019 NYC Gay Pride weekend. I live in Baltimore so ordered it online for pick-up shortly after my Friday, 28 June 2019 arrival. After arriving, walked over to B&H in NYC, picked up my order. And was very impressed with the operation. No doubt, will purchase more from B&H online in the future and make a point to stop the Manhattan store during a future visit.

Needed for my Sony HXR-NX30U. The Sony online documentation says its LANC compatible but failed to mention the need for an adapter.

Installing was a mail biter. Out daughter is taking online collage classes. Documentation could better. I workED in IT but not networking but I have upgraded my home net before. Used support docs and all worked great. Really FAST netting now.

The packaging is beautiful; the paper documentation is nonexistent. The online documentation is extremely thorough. If you are a beginner or even if you don't know the differences between balanced and unbalanced cables, the online material is awesome. Super simple and to the point while explaining everything you could ever want to know about the unit and some basic sound engineering principles. Build: It has a rugged construction and feel to it in part because its aluminum. The knobs are plastic but passable. The volume pots are smooth. The rear IO is perfect in terms of the ports available and can be powered by the USB C port. Sound: It sounds great. Fairly quiet preamps with a lot of gain makes for an awesome combo for the price. I'll probably never use the Vintage button. The front IO accepts Line level signals only through the TRS part of the jack and automatically switches to it. Complaints: IT DOES NOT SHIP with a USB C to USB C cable :( Only a USB A to USB C. With most computers now having USB C, this is frustrating. It does also come with a USB A to 5v barrel connector to power it as well. Conclusion: I love the build quality, sound it produces, and simplistic design. I don't like that it does not come with a modern USB C cable.

The setup takes a while to figure out, you do have to think it through if you've never used a pano adjuster like this. The manuals and online documentation are pretty good, and once you've experimented a bit and done it once it's a breeze to keep using. It's enabled me to do a lot more with pano photography with a lot less hassle than I had without it.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! As with all Brother products, easy to use. Documentation provided is terrible.
