Quickbooks Online Ecommerce Integration

I use this for product shots for an ecommerce website. Easy to set up and does the job fine.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I bought this for my side hustle of photography on ecommerce but also found a great use for it right next to my laptop for my zoom meetings, love the fact it does not get hot!

I was taking photos of salt and peppercone for my ecommerce business. I was very pleased how all salt grains looked 'alive' which was not possible without this tabletop photography tool. Especially I like MS20 for seamless backdrop. However I am still not getting perfect white background that it takes me extra work to remove white background. Also like many others commented it you can't fold the plastic backdrop that it takes some space in my place. Nonetheless, I am pleased with this product.
