I got it fast. It came quick. B&H answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The lens works great with my Canon M50. I am in awe with the results. I will begin yo start Vlogging for my own channel and for my wife's. I am so excited with so many new ideas. Ordering online was easy because I was able to communicate with a rep through the online chat.

I purchased one of these wide angle lenses from an online vendor on @After asking that store a few questions online, I ordered the lens. It was totally wrong for my camera. I then sent it back and called B&H and talked to Steve. He was very professional, he new what he was talking about and sold me a lens that worked perfect for a better price than the first one. I highly recommend these guys, and the fact that you can get them on the phone before ordering is a huge plus.I will order from them from now on for this kind of specialized merchandise.

With the help from B&H online chat, I was able to get my questions answered which helped me purchase the adapter. This meant I now have the use of several great lenses I otherwise could no longer use. I'm very happy!

I was looking at this one and the Portabrace option online, and after asking a few questions via Live Chat I chose the Strut case. It is very well made, and easy to use with total flexibility for accessing the battery packs. Frankly, I'm still trying to figure out how I will use some of the pouches (pictures would be nice) but I can't think of any improvements I would ask for and I expect this to last a long time. Made in Vermont - how cool is that?

I always check reviews online to help me make a purchase, with this purchase was no different. I contact reviewers, ask a few questions, read, and watch videos. I was uncertain until I saw them being used in the field on a major show on PBS. I shoot documentaries and have shot for major cable networks and shows. I wanted something reliable, lightweight, easy to use, and flexible without breaking the bank. I used them on a documentary in 2021 and also on corporate shoots throughout 2022. I have abandoned my more expensive kits in favor of these. They are compact and flexible and made with lightweight materials. Customer service is good too. If you are looking for bang for your buck and you are a one-man band these are a must-have in your arsenal.

I need to file a claim due to my Kase filter being damaged when my camera dropped. The filing of the claim was easy. I had 2 questions and the online chat feature was available at 8pm ET so got my questions answered quickly. The claim was approved in 15 minutes. Easy to navigate thru the online screens and the online chat was very helpful and quick to answer all follow-up questions.

Ordered online. Had to ask a couple of questions response was almost immediate. shipping was pretty fast. This is the second set I've bought from Midland. The first set lasted a long time, but one gave out so I upgraded and couldn't be happier

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
