From ordering online to customer support & order tracking, down to receiving the anchor links, PD has it all checked! Not to mention the packaging that clearly shows thought has been put in. Attaching my anchor links was a breeze and I no longer have to worry about the long transition of removing and replacing my strap. I still get to use my strap and it comes with 2 additional links so I can attach it to another camera too!!! All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product! I use this ink in my Epson 3880, and the quality and output from this ink is amazing. I found this ink lower on B&H and with fantastic customer service, I will be back. The only thing is the expense overall to run the printer and inks, but whatever it takes to get my work out there is fine at this point... 5 |

Hooked this up to old Mac Mini & did not get full resolution. Customer service was great in tracking down that it was due to video card in old Mini. Fortunately I had already ordered new Mini and when connected it works as expected. Great looking screen. Still need to color calibrate but customer service already sent me information on how to use my Sypder X when I mentioned that was what I would be using during original troubleshooting of resolution. Very happy with this so far. 5 |
