Quickbooks Online Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is the first time purchasing a strap other than the one my camera came with. I have been looking online for at least one year trying to decide did I want style or functionality. Then I saw a Youtube video about camera straps and I decided that day Indigo Marble would be the strap for me. With this strap I can have both style and functionality. I have had my strap for about a month and I am so well pleased with it. If I had another camera there is no doubt that I would surely purchase another strap.

A must have cable for proper functionality use with external mic/smartphones. B&H is quickly becoming my go to online store for all photo/video needs. Site navigation is super intuitive; all their products seem to be priced relatively well and show as in-stock which is always nice and their order/shipping experience is top notch!
