The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I arrived at the store, ask where was the pick up spot. I have the invoice of my order, man ask me for my ID to scanning it, I explained that I was a foreigner, doesn't matter he said, and then it worked satisfactory. Meanwhile another employee already brought my laptop and.... that was it. Surprisingly, I didn't spend more than 8 min at the store and went happily with my laptop. Congratulations. I felt that I am really enjoying the 21st century.

Customer service was incredibly helpful! I was able to take onto my original invoice to earn a rebate! Everyone was incredibly timely and helpful!!

one of the first things that I noticed about this printer was the touch screen capabilities. Wow! I didn't think that I would be able to connect to it as fast as I did with my IPhone! aside from it being so easy and fast to connect it I can also fax! there are a variety of options to connect if youre having issues with your mobile. I connected to my email and printed out some much need menus for an upcoming catering event. I cannot wait to try the different paper options for my menus. In a rushed moment on my part I forgot recently to print out an invoice for a meeting. Quickly I connected to my laptop and made some minor adjustments to my invoice. I cannot praise the speediness of this printer enough! I was rushed literally 20 minutes until my meeting in which I still needed to drive to. it saved the day! I couldn't be happier with this model, it fits every need for my catering events! it also comes in handy for last minute printing needs for my daughter in 3rd grade.
